Our educators bring warmth, care, and professionalism to every interaction, fostering curiosity, creativity, strong sense of self, and a lifelong love of learning.

We prioritise warm and authentic relationships with your child, practicing The Circle of Security, which positions your child to feel supported to reach their full potential.

Favourite things about working at The Ranges

One of my favourite aspects of working at The Ranges is the vibrant community we’ve built together. The joy on the children’s faces, the stories they share, and their milestones are what truly make this place special. It’s a privilege to witness their growth and celebrate their achievements alongside their families and my fellow educators.

Best things about working at The Ranges

The best part of my experience here has been getting to know the families. Over the past few years, I’ve had the honour of seeing siblings and cousins grow up, as well as welcoming new families into our community. Each connection enriches my work and fosters a sense of belonging that I cherish deeply.

Something personal

As a devoted father, I also enjoy participating as a parent volunteer, and my involvement as a Volunteer CFS member allows me to contribute to our community in meaningful ways. My passion for sports drives me to sponsor various local clubs, further demonstrating my commitment to community engagement. It’s rewarding to support initiatives that bring us all together!

Sarah

Relationship and Administrative Manager

When starting at The Ranges I discovered I wasn’t just joining an Early Learning Centre, but that I was joining a family.
A family that values the Children as whole, who believes in and mentors their Educators and who works closely alongside their Families to achieve the most magical journey for their Children.

The Ranges is a unique home that we are developing and changing every single day to continue to deliver and uphold quality care and education for all Children.

The best part about The Ranges is that we are a close-knit family.  By spending time at either our Infant Toddler Centre or our Early Learning Centre, I find myself surrounded by the same warmth and passionate approach, providing continuity amongst services.

I have worked in the Early Childhood Industry for fourteen years, and during this time I have developed an interest in photography. As I captured moments that families didn’t witness throughout their little one’s day I developed a passion. Since then, I’ve completed short photography courses which has allowed me to capture The Ranges annual individual and classroom group photos. A photo says a thousand words and I enjoy sharing this with our families.

Joining The Ranges family has been a wonderful journey to go on and we will be there every step of the way with you.

Favourite things about working at The Ranges
One of the aspects I value most about working at The Ranges is the opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. These connections form the foundation of our learning community, where collaboration, care and trust support the growth and wellbeing of everyone involved.

Best things about working at The Ranges
The best part of being at The Ranges is working alongside such a dedicated and supportive team of educators. I first joined the service as a teaching placement student, and now, as a qualified teacher, I feel grateful to be apart of the community here at Ranges. Across both the ITC and ELC, I have experienced the team’s collegiality, shared vision, and deep commitment to caring for children and supporting their overall wellbeing. This culture not only nurtures my own development but also inspires me to embrace teaching as a journey of lifelong learning.

Something Personal
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, family, and friends. I particularly value experiences that connect me with nature, such as camping adventures or trips to the beach. I have particularly enjoyed visiting Kangaroo Island on a recent holiday. These moments bring joy, curiosity, and inspiration, which I carry into my practice with children.

Favourite things about working at The Ranges
The children; seeing their faces, hearing their stories and sharing their accomplishments with their families and my fellow Educators.

Best things about working at The Ranges
Honestly it’s the families I’ve been blessed to get to know. I have been there for 7 years now and I have seen children from the same families come through and it’s been a blessing to get to know siblings or cousins as well as getting to know new families.

Something personal
I have a husband, two children, a border collie at home I enjoy spending time with on the weekends either at the beach or the park. The beach is my happy place. After living in the desert for 7 years, I would always love visiting the beach when on holidays away from there. Having grown up in Sydney I love spending time when visiting there on the Northern Beaches.

What I love most about The Ranges is the warm, family-like atmosphere. Colleagues support and understand one another, and every day I’m greeted by the bright smiles of children and families. Best things about working at The Ranges
As an educator, my greatest joy is exploring and learning alongside the children, helping them grow while gaining valuable teaching experiences myself. I’m also fortunate to work with supportive leaders, friendly teammates, and families who understand and appreciate the work of educators, which makes me feel both honoured and lucky to be part of this community.

Something Personal
I’m originally from China and moved to Australia eight years ago to complete a Master of Teaching (Early Childhood) at the University of South Australia. Through years of study and hands-on experience, I’ve developed a strong passion for early childhood education and am dedicated to bringing that enthusiasm into my daily teaching practice to help children learn and thrive.
